Individual, Joint or Family Lets
| Finder | Tenancy Setup Cost of 50% of 1st Month’s Rent + VAT (min £400) |
| Managed | Monthly Management fee 8%, with initial set-up (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at £300. |
| Plus | Monthly Management fee 10%, with initial set-up (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at £300. |
HMO or Students Lets
| Finder | Tenancy Set-Up Cost of 60% of 1st Month’s Rent (min £500) |
| Managed | Monthly Management fee 10%, with initial setup (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at 50% of one month’s rent. |
| Plus | Monthly Management fee 12.5%, with initial setup (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at 50% of one month’s rent. |
