Fully Managed Service.

Management Plus offers an enhanced, end-to-end solution for landlords seeking complete peace of mind. It includes everything in our Finder and Management packages, plus:

– Tenancy renewals and re-contracting.
– Handling deposit disputes.
– Annual portfolio reviews and strategy discussions.
– Serving of legal notices (e.g., Section 21, Section 8).
– Completion of HMRC documentation for overseas landlords.
– Full access to our network of professionals—including mortgage advisors, accountants, solicitors, and property specialists.
– Coordinating repairs and maintenance up to a pre-agreed spend limit

Individual, Joint or Family Lets

FinderTenancy Setup Cost of 50% of 1st Month’s Rent + VAT (min £400)
ManagedMonthly Management fee 8%, with initial set-up (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at £300.
PlusMonthly Management fee 10%, with initial set-up (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at £300.

HMO or Students Lets

FinderTenancy Set-Up Cost of 60% of 1st Month’s Rent (min £500)
ManagedMonthly Management fee 10%, with initial setup (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at 50% of one month’s rent.
PlusMonthly Management fee 12.5%, with initial setup (if vacant) & tenant transfers charged at 50% of one month’s rent.
